Künstliches Licht dringt ein in die totale Dunkelheit eines menschenleeren unberührten Territoriums. Ein Ausschnitt der ursprünglichen Natur wird teilweise aus dem Schwarz der Nacht gerissen, die restliche Umgebung bleibt versunken in totaler Finsternis. Licht dringt ein in das System, es wird wahrnehmbar. Die Natur inszeniert sich selbst und weckt Zweifel an ihrer Natürlichkeit. Ich spiele mit den Eigenheiten von Lichtquelle und Objekt, ohne manipulierend auf die ihr innewohnende Aussage einzuwirken. Ort und Intervention allein bestimmen die Assoziation. Es entsteht ein Vexierbild das zwischen Gegenständlichkeit und Abstraktion oszilliert. Dokumentation und Inszenierung fliessen in den Photographien ineinander. Die Szenarien werden zu Bühnen und  das Licht erzeugt Tatorte und beginnt eine Geschichte zu erzählen, die niemals passiert ist.

Artificial light intrudes into the complete darkness of a deserted, untouched territory. In this manner, a section of primary nature is taken from the black of the night, the remaining environment drowns in total obscurity. The system becomes discernable only through the intrusion of light. Nature stages itself, and entertains some doubt about its naturalness. I play with the peculiarities of light and objects, without trying to manipulate the immanent predication. Place and intervention alone cause the association. It is a picture puzzle that oscillates between concreteness and abstraction. The photographs making the documentation and the staging merge. The scenery becomes stage and the light induces sites of crime and starts telling a story that has never happened.
